Marinate the Chicken (Cut in medium sized cubes) for 25-30 minutes (the longer, the better) with the spices given above in the ingredient list.
First coat the chicken in plain flour. Do the kneading action (best demonstrated in the video) to make flakes. The more time you give on this step, the better the flakes will be made. After this, dip the coated chicken in cold water for a second and coat it once again in the flour, the same as before (the kneading action).
After the coating procedure, fry the hot shots on High Flame in oil. Fry till they are Crispy & Golden Brown in colour. After frying, strain the oil and place the Hot Shots on a piece of paper towel.
