Ingredients

  • For Patties Filling
  • Chicken (Boiled & Shredded): 100 gm

  • Grated Cheese: 1 Cup

  • Homemade Pizza Sauce: 1 Cup

  • For Making Patties
  • Puff Pastry Dough: 500 gm

  • 1 Egg for Egg Wash

  • Kalonji (Nigella Seeds)

Method and Instructions

  • Take Boiled and shredded chicken in a bowl, add grated cheese, Add Homemade Pizza Sauce, Mix it well, Chicken Filling is ready,

  • Take puff pastry dough and roll out the dough about 1 cm thick. Cut Circles with a cookie cutter.

  • Place the chicken filling in the centre of a circle, Cover with another circle.

    Use another smaller cutter to press it and make demarkations. Repeat the process to make more.

  • Place them on a butter paper lined in a baking tray. Apply egg wash.

    Sprinkle Nigella Seeds, and bake at 250 C for 20 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
  • Apply a limited amount of egg wash, Don’t drip it as it will burn the patties from below.
