In a bowl take, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise and mix well. Then add Chilli Garlic Sauce, Mustard Paste, and Kali Mirch (Black Pepper), and mix.
Then add Gajar (Red Carrots), Shimla Mirch (Capsicums), Hari Pyaz (Spring Onions), Band Gobhi (Cabbage) and Boiled & Shredded Chicken. Mix them well. Chicken filling is ready.
To make crepe batter Take eggs in a bowl beat well, add Milk, water, salt, oil, Maida, and whisk well. Crepe batter is ready.
Now, Grease a pan with oil and make thin crepes with 1/4th cup of batter. Fry it well from both sides.
Now place the chicken filling on the crepe and make roll, apply corn flour mixture on sides to stick the edges
Dip the rolls in beaten eggs,Coat with breadcrumbs, and set aside. Make more rolls as required.
Now take oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the rolls from both sides till golden brown.
