Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken: 150 gm

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • 3 Ingredient
  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Paprika: 1/2 Tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • BBQ Sauce: 1 Tbsp

  • Onion: 1 Small

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Leftover Bread: 1 Slice = 4 Shells

  • Melted Butter: 2 Tbsp

  • Milk: 1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

  • Finely Chopped Capsicums

Method and Instructions

  • Marinate the Chicken for 15 minutes with the given spices above. And then fry it as told in step 2.

  • In a pan, fry the Onions till translucent in 3 tbsp of oil and then add the marinated Chicken. Fry the chicken till cooked, add a little water if it sticks. Set this chicken aside till we make the shells in Step 3.

  • Take some leftover bread slices. 1 bread makes 4 shells, so take 3 bread slices and grind them. Add the melted butter and milk in this bread, and mix it with hands till the dough starts to combine. The dough should combine like a biscuit dough, so add a little more milk if it is still not combining. Now that the dough is ready, let's move to step 4.

  • Take a Tart Pan and grease it with Oil. Apply the dough on the pan and make at least 12 mini tart shells. Bake these shells in a pre-heated oven for 5-10 minutes on 250˚C.

  • Now in the baked tart shells, place the chicken and sprinkle a little finely chopped Capsicums. Add grated cheese and lastly sprinkle Oregano. Bake the tarts in pre-heated oven for 5-10 minutes on 250˚C again.

    And now you have some delicious oven fresh Mini Chicken Tarts, made in such a less time!

Note:

  • Preheat the oven on 250 ˚C for 10 minutes.
