Ingredients

  • For Meatballs
  • Milk: 3 Tbsp

  • Breadcrumbs: 3 Tbsp

  • Minced Beef: 1/2 kg

  • Grated Garlic: 1 Tbsp

  • Chopped Green Chillies: 3

  • Chopped Basil Leaves: 4

  • Chopped Onion: 1 Medium

  • Salt: 2 Tsp

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1 Tsp

  • Cournflour: 2 Tbsp

  • For Boiling Spaghettis
  • Salt: 2 Tbsp

  • Spaghettis: 1 Packet (450 gm)

  • Oil: 1 Tbsp

  • For Meatball Spaghetti
  • Oil: 3 tbsp

  • Chopped Onions: 1 Medium

  • Grated Garlic: 1 tbsp

  • Chopped Tomatoes: 4 Medium

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1 Tsp

  • Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp

  • Tomato Puree: 5-6 (Boiled,Peeled & Blended)

Method and Instructions

  • Add 3 Tbsp Milk in 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs, Mix well & set aside.

  • In 1/2 Kg Minced Beef add Grated Garlic, Chopped Green Chillies, Chopped Basil Leaves, Chopped Onion, salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Cournflour

  • Add the BreadCrumb Mixture and Mix Well, Make Meatballs with this Mixture and set aside.

  • Take Water for Boiling Spaghettis and add 2 tbsp Salt. Boil 1 Packet of 450 gm Spaghettis.

  • Strain the Spaghettis and Wash them through Cold Water.
    Add Oil to Prevent Stickiness.

  • Add Oil in a Frying Pan for Frying Meatballs. Fry them till Golden Brown from all Sides.

  • Take Oil in a pan, add Chopped onion, Grated Garlic, Chopped Tomatoes, Fry Well and Add Crushed Black Pepper, Salt, Fry till Tomatoes are Mashed.

  • Add Tomato Puree: 5-6 (Boiled,Peeled & Blended)
    Cook for 1-2 Minutes. Now add the Fried Meatballs. Cover & Cook for 12-15 minutes.

  • Add the Strained Spaghettis and Mix Well, Garnish with Dried Parsley.

  • Cover & Cook on Low Flame for 2-3 minutes. 

    Delicious Meatball Spaghettis are Ready to Serve.
