Mix all the ingredients of Kadhi (mentioned above) and gradually add water.
Boil the kadhi till its thick.
Mix all the ingredients of Pakoras (mentioned above) and gradually add water to make a tick paste. Make a thick consistent paste.
Add half cup ghee in a frying pan, and fry pakoras, add the fried pakoras in the kadhi, Cook kadhi on medium flame for 5 minutes, Garnish with Coriander.
Add half cup oil in a saucepan, add 1 sliced onion, fry till golden brown, add 6-7 whole red chillies, 6 basil leaves, 1 tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 tsp Crushed coriander Add this parka to the kadhi.
Serve with Rice and Enjoy!
