Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chick Breast (Cut in Stripes): 500 gm

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • White Pepper Powder: 1 & 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tsp

  • Chicken Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Salt: 1 Tsp

  • Vinegar: 2 Tsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • For Tortilla Dough Preparation
  • Flour: 1.5 Cup

  • Milk Powder: 1/3 Cup

  • Cornflour: 1/3 Cup

  • Salt: 1 Tsp

  • Sugar: 1 Tsp

  • Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Water 1 Cup

  • For Liquid Batter
  • Flour: 1/2 Cup

  • Cornflour: 1/2 Cup

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Baking Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Vinegar: 2 Tsp

  • Cold Water: 1/4 Cup

  • For Chicken Coating
  • Flour: 2 Cups

  • Cornflour: 1/2 Cup

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Paprika: 1 Tsp

  • For Sauce
  • Mayonnaise: 1/2 Cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce: 1/2 Cup

  • Mustard Paste: 2 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Mix All the Ingredients of Chicken Marination (mentioned above) with the Chicken well and
    Marinate for 45 Minutes.

  • In a Bowl Take the ingredients of Tortilla Dough (mentioned above) mix them well.

  • Add oil and gradually add 1 cup water and knead well.

  • Rest the Dough till it is Double in Size.

  • Mix all the Ingredients of Liquid batter well. (mentioned above).

  • Mix all the ingredients of Chicken Coating (mentioned above) Well and Set Aside for Later Use.

  • Now Dip the Marinated Chicken first in the Liquid Batter, then Coat it Well with the Flour Coating.

  • Dip again in the Liquid Batter and Coat well the Second Time.

  • Do the Same Double Coating with all the Marinated Chicken

  • Mix all the ingredients of Sauce (mentioned above) well and Set Aside for Later Use.

  • Take the Tortilla Dough and Divide it Into 4 Parts.

  • Roll Thin & Round Chapattis. Cook both Sides of the Tortilla for 2 minutes.

  • Now, take Oil in a Kadahi for Deep Frying and fry the Coated Chicken in Oil.

    Deep Fry till Golden Brown.

  • Now to make Zinger Rolls, Apply a Layer of Sauce on a Tortilla Wrap. Place 2 Lettuce Leaves and 3 Fried Chicken Pieces. 

    Add Sliced Jalepenos and Sprinkle Grated Mozzarella Cheese.

  • Pour more Sauce and Roll the Tortilla, closing it with a Toothpick.

  • Make Four more Rolls using all the Tortilla Wraps Delicious and Yummy, Zinger Rolls are Ready.
