Ingredients

  • For BBQ Masla
  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 Tsp

  • Mace 1/2 Tsp

  • Nut Meg small piece

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tsp

  • Cloves 4

  • Cinamon Sticks 2 small pieces

  • Citric Acid/ Tatri 1/4 Tsp

  • Dried Talhar Mirch. 1

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chicken Cubes 500gm

  • Lemon Juice 1 Piece

  • Oil 3 Tbsp

  • For Pizza Sauce
  • Oil 3 Tbsp

  • Onion 1 Medium Size (finely Chopped)

  • Tomatoes 3 Boiled and blended

  • Basil Leaves 5 to 6

  • Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp

  • Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Ginger powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic powder 1 Tsp

  • Corn flour 1 Tbsp

  • Water 2 Tbsp

  • For Dough
  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Salt. 1 Tsp

  • Luke Warm Water 1 Cup

  • All purpose flour 4 Cups

Directions

  • Preparation of BBQ Masala
  • Grind all the spices of BBQ Masala (mentioned above) to make a powder seasoning.

  • Chicken Marination
  • Mix 1 Lemon Juice in 500 gm Chicken Cubes, Mix well and marinate for 45 minutes.

  • In a frying Pan add 3 Tbsp of cooking oil and fry the marinated chicken, when it turns white and tender its done.

    Give coal smoke.

  • Preparation of Pizza Sauce
  • In a Pan add 3Tbsp oil then add 1 medium finely chopped Onion till its translucent.

  • Add 3 boiled and blended tomatoes ( puree ), Basil Leaves 5 to 6, Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp, Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp, Ginger powder 1/2 Tsp, Garlic powder 1 Tsp, cook till the sauce is thickened then add 1 Tbsp Corn flour dissolved in 2 Tbsp of water.

  • Blend the mixture and cook for further few minutes till it appears shiny and smooth.

  • Dough Preparation
  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet, Sugar 2 Tsp, Salt. 1 Tsp, Mix in 1 Cup Luke Warm Water and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Add this yeast mixture with 4 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl, knead a soft and bouncy dough by adding water gradually. wrap with cling and set a side till dough rise to double in size.

  • Pizza Assembling
  • Spread rolled out dough in a greased pan large size.

  • Dock the dough with the fork.

  • First layer of pizza sauce then spread fried chicken and sliced onions.

  • Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and sprinkle dried oregano.

  • Bake at 250 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve & Enjoy!

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
