Ingredients

  • For Fish Marination
  • Oil: 1/2 Cup

  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Coriander Seeds (Crushed): 1 & 1/2 Tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds (Crushed): 1 Tbsp

  • Paprika: 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 2 Tbsp

  • Salt: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Ginger Powder: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Onion Powder: 2 Tbsp

  • Garlic Powder: 2 Tbsp

  • For Baking
  • Sliced Red Carrots

  • Sliced Red Carrots

  • Green Peas

  • Green Chillies

  • Sliced Onions

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the Ingredients of Fish Marination Well (mentioned above).

  • Now Make Deep Cuts in a 1.5 kg Whole Fish.

  • Coat the Inner & Outer Sides of the Fish Properly with the Marinade.

  • Marinate the Fish 2-3 Hours or Overnight.

  • Now Place Foil Paper on a Baking Tray and add Sliced Red Carrots, Slice Potatoes, Green Peas, Green Chillies, Sliced Onions, Sprinkle Black Pepper, Salt and Red Chilli Flakes. Pour Olive Oil and Mix them Well.
    Place the Marinated Fish and Fill the inner Part with Mint Leaves and a Halved Lemon.

  • Pour the Excessive marinade over the Fish.

  • Place Whole Halved Garlic in the Corners of the Tray and Lemon Slices.

  • Bake the Fish in Preheated Oven on 200˚C for 15 minutes.
