Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless chicken cubes 500gm

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tsp

  • Paprika 1 Tbsp

  • White Pepper 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Onion Powder 1/2 Tbsp

  • Chilli Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Garlic Powder 1/2 Tbsp

  • Mustard Paste 1 Tsp

  • For Pizza Sauce
  • Oil  3 Tbsp

  • Onion 1 medium finely chopped

  • Tomatoes 4 boiled and blended tomatoes ( puree )

  • Basil Leaves 8

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Corn flour 1 Tbsp

  • For Pizza Dough
  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

Method and Instructions

  • Take Boneless Chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients of Chicken Marination (mentioned above).

    Mix well and marinate for 45 minutes.

  • In a frying Pan add 3 Tbsp of cooking oil and fry the marinated chicken, when it turns white and tender its done.

  • In a Pan add 3Tbsp oil then add 1 medium finely chopped Onion till its translucent, add 4 boiled and blended tomatoes ( puree ), Basil Leaves 8, Sugar 2 Tsp, Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp, Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp, cook till the sauce is thickened then add 1Tbsp Corn flour dissolved in 2Tbsp of water. Blend the mixture and cook for further few minutes till it appears shiny and smooth.

  • Prepare your Dough by taking Instant Yeast 1 Sachet, Sugar 2 Tsp, Salt. 1 Tsp.

    Mix in 1 Cup Luke Warm Water and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Add this yeast mixture with 4 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl, knead a soft and bouncy dough by adding water gradually. wrap with cling and set a side till dough rise to double in size.

  • Spread rolled out dough in a greased pan large size, dock the dough with the fork, first layer of pizza sauce then spread fried chicken, green bell peppers, sliced onions, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and place sliced Mushrooms & Black Olives, sprinkle dried oregano

  • Bake Pizza at 250 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 5-10 minutes.
