Ingredients

  • For Chicken
  • Boneless chicken cubes 500gm

  • Crushed Coriander & Green Chillies. 3 Tbsp

  • Papaya Paste 3 Tbsp

  • Garlic Paste. 1 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice 1 Piece

  • Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp

  • Cream 4 Tbsp

  • Yogurt 2 Tbsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Crushed Cumin 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • White Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • For Pizza Sauce
  • Oil 3 Tbsp

  • Onion 1 Medium Finely Chopped

  • Tomatoes 3 Boiled and Blended

  • BAsil Leaves 5-6

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Crushed & Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp

  • Corn Flour in 1 Tbsp

  • For White Sauce
  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Garlic Paste 1 Tsp

  • All purpose Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp

  • Milk 2 Cups

  • Cream 4 Tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper powder 1/4th Tsp

  • Oregano 1/4th Tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1/4th Tsp

  • For Pizza Dough
  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Luke Warn Water 1 Cup

  • All purpose Flour 4 cups

  • For Assembling
  • Sliced Onions

  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese

  • Grated Cheddar Cheese

  • Oregano

Method and Instructions

  • Chicken Preparation
  • In a bowl, Take 500gm Boneless chicken cubes,

    3 Tbsp Crushed Coriander & Green Chillies, 3 Tbsp Papaya Paste, 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste, 1 Piece Lemon Juice , 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 4 Tbsp Cream, 2 Tbsp Yogurt, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Crushed Cumin, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder and Marinate for 1 Hour.

  • Fry the marinated chicken in 2 Tbsp Oil and in the end give Coal Smoke for few seconds.

  • Pizza Sauce Preparation
  • In a Pan add 3 Tbsp of Oil, then add and fry 1 medium chopped Onion till its translucent. Add Boiled & Blended 3 medium Tomatoes, Add 5 to 6 Basil Leaves, Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp, Crushed & Roasted Cumin Seeds 1 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp, Ginger Powder 1/2 Tsp, Garlic Powder 1 Tsp, when the sauce thickened add 1Tbsp Corn Flour dissolved in 1/2 Tbsp of Water, add gradually this will give sauce smooth & silky texture.

    Blend the mixture and give a final cook for two three minutes.

  • White Sauce Preparation
  • In a saucepan take 2 Tbsp of oil, add Garlic Paste 1 Tsp, All purpose Flour 2 to 3 Tbsp cook for a while then add Milk 2 Cups mix and cook well on low flame till no lumps left, add Cream 4 Tbsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Black Pepper powder 1/4th Tsp, Oregano 1/4th Tsp, Nutmeg Powder 1/4th Tsp. Cook the mixture till thickened.

  • Pizza Dough Preparation
  • Add 1 Instant Yeast sachet, 2 Tsp Sugar, 1 Tsp salt in 1 Cup Luke warm water,Let it stand for 10 minutes.

    Yeast will make a frothy layer on top, then its ready to use.

  • Take All purpose Flour 4 cups, add yeast mixture in the flour and knead a dough, you can add more water gradually to make a dough soft in consistency, when the dough stop sticking and bouncy then it's done, apply oil on the dough and cover with a cling wrap and set aside to let it rise to become double in size.

  • Assembling
  • First place the rolled out dough in a greased pan of large size, apply pizza sauce, then white sauce, spread the chicken, top with sliced onions, Grated Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese, Season with Oregano.

  • Bake at 250 C for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
