Ingredients

  • Boiled & Mashed Potatoes : 250 gm

  • Salt : 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Chopped Onions : 2 Tbsp

  • Green Chillies : 1 Tbsp

  • Chopped Coriander : 1 Tbsp

  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese : 3 Tbsp

  • Chilli Sauce : 1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise : 2 Tbsp

  • Flour : 2 Cups or 400 gm

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Seeds : 1 Tbsp

  • Oil : 1 Tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Take Boiled & Mashed Potatoes add Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chopped Onions, Green Chillies, Chopped Coriander, Grated Mozzarella Cheese, Chilli Sauce, and Mayonnaise.

  • Mix it well and set aside.

  • To prepare Dough, Take 20 cups or 400 gm all purpose flour, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, and 1 Tbsp Oil.

  • Add Water gradually and knead a dough, Rest the dough for 15 minutes.

  • To make Parathas, Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, Roll out Parathas, Stuff the Parathas with the potato filling.

  • Fry the parathas till golden brown from both sides.
