Ingredients

  • For Chicken Filling
  • Cream Cheese : 50 gm

  • Mayonnaise : 1/3 Cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce : 4 Tbsp

  • Mustard Paste : 1 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 tsp

  • Grated Carrots : 1/2 Cups

  • Chopped Capsicum : 1/2 Cup

  • Spring Onion : 1/4 Cup

  • Cabbage: 2 Cups

  • Boiled and Shredded Chicken : 100 gm

  • For Crepe Preparation
  • Eggs : 2

  • Milk: 1/2 Cup

  • Water : 1 Cup

  • Salt : 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • All purpose Flour : 1-1/2 Cups

Method and Instructions

  • Take 50gm cream cheese, 1/3 Cup mayonnaise in a bowl and mix, add 4 Tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 Tbsp Mustard Paste, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, mix well.

  • Add 1 cup grated Carrots, 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum, 1/4 cup Spring onion, 2 cups Cabbage, 100 gm boiled and shredded Chicken, mix well. Chicken Filling is ready.

  • Now prepare crepe batter, To make crepe batter Take eggs in a bowl beat well, add Milk, water, salt, oil, Maida, and whisk well. Crepe batter is ready.

  • Grease a pan with oil and make thin crepes with 1/4th cup of batter. Fry it well from both sides.

  • Now place the chicken filling on the crepe, add grated cheese, apply corn flour mixture on sides to stick the edges and make rolls.

  • Then Grease a grill Pan with oil, place egg rolls, apply egg wash on the rolls, Sprinkle Sesame seeds, and bake at 250 C for 15 minutes.
