Ingredients

  • Whole Chicken: 2 kg

  • Yogurt 1/2 Cup

  • Salt: 2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Coriander (Roasted & Crushed): 1 Tbsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tsp

  • Paprika Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tbsp

  • Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed): 1 Tsp

  • Butter 2 Tbsp

  • Bell Peppers 4

  • Onions 3 cut into half

  • Potatoes 3 cut into half

  • Red Carrots 1-2 sliced

  • Green Peas: 1 Cup

  • Garlic 10-12

Method and Instructions

  • In 1/2 Cup Yogurt add all the ingredients, Mix all the Ingredients Well and add 2 Tbsp of Butter.
    Set Aside after mixing.

  • Now Make Deep Cuts in a 2 kg Whole Chicken.

  • And Cover it with the Marination Mixture. Marinate for 2 Hours.

  • Deseed & Cut 4 Bell Peppers, Cut 3 Onions and Potatoes into Half as Well.

  • Cut 1-2 Red Carrots and Set all the Vegetables in a Baking Tray.

  • Add 1 Cup Green Peas and 10-12 Cloves of Garlic.

  • Sprinkle Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder.

  • Pour Olive Oil and Mix all Vegetables in the Baking Tray Well.

  • Now Place the Marinated Chicken in the Tray and Apply all the Excess Marinade. Take a Bunch of Mint Leaves and Fill it inside the Chicken.

  • Now Dock a Lemon with a Fork and Place it inside Chicken as Well. Cut another Lemon into Half and Place it in the Tray on the Vegetables.

  • Place some Green Chillies and Coriander as well.

  • The Chicken is Ready to be Baked. Preheat the Oven 20˚C for 15 minutes and Bake the Whole Chicken for 1 Hour.

    Very Easy, Delicious and Juicy Chicken Roast is Ready to Be Serve.

Note:

  • Pre-heat the Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes
