Ingredients

  • Bread: 4 Slices for each Sandwich

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless Chicken (Cut in Strips) : 500 gm

  • Salt : 2 Tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Nutmeg : 1/2 tsp

  • Cloves Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Mace Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Seeds Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Lemon Juice : 3 Tbsp

  • Ginger+Garlic Paste : 2 Tbsp

  • Crushed Talhar Mirch : 2 Tbsp

  • Sauce Preparation
  • Mayonnaise : 130 gm

  • BBQ Sauce : 25 gm

  • For Coleslaw Preparation
  • Mayonnaise : 250 gm

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce : 25 gm

  • Hot Sauce : 1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup : 25 gm

  • Black pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Cabbage) : 250 gm

  • Carrots : 200 gm

  • Yogurt: 100 gm

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients of Chicken marination (mentioned above) and marinate the chicken for 30-45 minutes.

  • Mix the ingredients of Sauce Preparation well (mentioned above) and set aside.

  • mix al the ingredients of Coleslaw Preparation (mentioned above) and set aside.

  • Now, Take 4 Bread slices and cut the edges and Grill the Bread Slices till golden brown from both sides.

  • Add 5 Tbsp Oil in a Frying Pan, Fry Marinated Chicken, Cover & Cook for 20 Minutes and set aside.

    Fry an egg (for each Sandwich)

  • Start Assembling the Club Sandwich with a Layer of Mayo BBQ, Add a Layer of Fried Chicken, Add Mozarella Cheese, Apply Mayo BBQ sauce on another bread slice and put it over the previous one.

    Apply more Mayo BBQ Sauce over the Bread Slice Layer with Cucumbers & Onions.

    A Layer of Coleslaw.

    Put another Bread slice and apply another layer of Mayo BBQ Sauce

    Put the Fried Egg.

    Add more Mozzarella Cheese. Cover with another Bread Slice.

  • Grease a Grill Pan and Fry till both sides turn Golden Brown.
