Ingredients

  • Water 1/2 Cup

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Eggs 2

  • Oil 1 Tbsp

  • Milk 1 Cup

  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 Tsp

  • Salt 2 Tsp

  • Oregano 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder 1/2 Tbsp

  • Chicken Powder 2 Tbsp

  • All Purpose Flour 2 Cups

  • Chopped Carrot 1 Small or 1/2 Cup

  • Chopped Mushrooms 1/2 Cup

  • Chopped Capsicum 1 Small or 1/2 Cup

  • Chopped Onion 1 Small or 1/2 Cup

  • Butter 1 to 2 Tbsp

  • Mozzarella slices 

  • Dried Oregano

Method and Instructions

  • In a bowl take Water 1/2 Cup, Sugar 2 Tsp, Instant Yeast 1 Sachet, Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes till it becomes frothy.

  • In a mixing bowl take 2 Eggs, whisk well, Oil 1 Tbsp, Milk 1 Cup, Black Pepper Crushed 1 Tsp, Salt 2 Tsp, Oregano 1/2 Tsp, Garlic Powder 1/2 Tbsp, Chicken Powder 2 Tbsp.

  • Now Add the Active Yeast mixture, and All Purpose Flour 2 Cups, whisk well to make a smooth runny batter then add Chopped Carrot 1 Small or 1/2 Cup, Chopped Mushrooms 1/2 Cup, Chopped Capsicum 1 Small or 1/2 Cup, Chopped Onion 1 Small or 1/2 Cup.

  • In a fry pan apply Butter 1 to 2 Tbsp, pour half of the batter spread evenly with the help of spatula cover and cook for a while, then place Mozarella slices over the bread and pour the remaining half of batter and spread all over the cheese layer to cover properly.

  • Cover & cook till the bottom is brown then flip the top side down to cook with the help of platter. apply butter on the top of bread & sprinkle dried oregano.
    Serve with sauce or chutney.
