Ingredients

  • For Sauce
  • Oil 1 Tbsp

  • Chopped Onion 1 Large

  • Flour 1 Tbsp

  • Milk 1 Cup

  • Salt 1 Pinch

  • Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp

  • For Minced Chicken
  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Onion 1 (chopped)

  • Minced Chicken 250 gm

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Cumin 1 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

Directions

  • Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 large Chopped Onion and 1 Tbsp flour. fry till the mixture is light pink. 

    Then add, milk, salt, black Pepper (Ingredients mentioned above in Sauce Preparation) and cook till the mixture thickend.

  • In a pan add 2 Tbsp OIL, fry Chopped Onion 1 medium, Grated Garlic 2 Cloves, fry well till onions and garlic are light pink or brown, then add Minced Chicken 250gm, cook till meat turns white, then add Salt 1/2 Tsp, Crushed Cumin 1 Tsp, Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp, cook for a while then add sauce .

    Stuff samosa patti with the mixture and deep fry.
