Ingredients

  • For Chicken Filling
  • Oil: 1/4 Cup

  • Chicken Keema (Minced Chicken): 1/2 Kg

  • Lehsan (Grated Garlic): 6 Cloves

  • Namak (Salt): 1.5 Tsp

  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper): 1/2 Tsp

  • Zeera Powder (Roasted & Crushed) Cumin Seeds: 1.5 Tsp

  • Band Gobi (Cabbage): 2 Cups

  • Hara Dhani (Coriander): 1 Cup

  • Soy Sauce: 1 Tbsp

  • For Patties
  • Puff Pastry Dough: 1/2 Kg

  • Grated Cheese

  • 1 Egg for Egg Wash

  • Sesame Seeds

Method and Instructions

  • To make the Filling, add the Oil & fry the Garlic in a Fry Pan. Add the Chicken & Fry till it turns White. Fry till the Water dries, then add all the Spices & the Cabbage. Fry well & in the end add the Coriander & Soy Sauce. Mix well and set aside.

  • Take 500 gm of Puff Pastry Dough, that can be bough from stores or made at home. Roll out about 1 cm thick & cut into 3 wide strips (Watch the video for better demonstrations). Place the Chicken Filling longitudinally parallel to the strip and then roll the dough over it. Press to stick it from beneath and cut the roll in 4 Parts. Do the same with all the strips.

  • For Baking, first apply Egg Wash on all the Patties & Sprinkle Sesame Seeds. Bake in a Pre-heated Oven on 250˚C for 15 minutes.

    Serve & Enjoy the Hot, Crispy & Delicious Goodness right away!

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at a maximum Temperature for 5-10 minutes
