Ingredients

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Ginger/Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • Boneless Chicken(Small Cubes): 500 gm

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • Red Carrots (Julienne Cut): 1 Cup

  • Cabbage (Sliced): 1 Cup

  • Capsicums (Julienne Cut): 1 Cup

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • White Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Soy Sauce: 2 Tbsp

  • Tortilla Wraps

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  • In a Frying Pan add Oil, Ginger/Garlic Paste, Boneless Chicken and Fry till the chicken turns white.

  • Now add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Mustard Paste, Fry Well and Take Out in a Bowl.

  • Pour 2 Tbsp Oil in the Same Pan and add Red Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicums and fry well.

  • Then add Salt, White pepper, Soy Sauce Mix and fry well, Take out in a bowl.

  • Cut the Tortilla into Four Equal Triangles. (You can Make this Recipe with Naan, Chapati or Paratha.)

  • Now, Spread the Fried Chicken on one Triangle, the Fried Vegetables on the Other and Sprinkle Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese on another Piece.

  • Pour Sauce over all the Triangles made of Ketchup/Mayonnaise/Mustard and Start Placing each Triangle over another, the Plain one in the end on the Top making a Sandwich.

  • Cover & Cook till the Cheese is Cooked.

    Easy and Tasty, Chicken Veg Cheese Triangles are Ready.
