Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chicken: 500 gm

  • Salt : 1.5 Tsp

  • Black Pepper: 1.5 Tsp

  • Star Anise Powder. : Half Tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder : Half Tsp

  • Clove Powder : Half Tsp

  • Cumin Powder. : 1 Tsp

  • Baking Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Vinegar : 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce : 2 Tbsp

  • For Chow mein Sauce
  • Chicken Stock : 1/2 cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce : 2 tbsp

  • Tomato Ketchup : 2 tbsp

  • Soy Sauce. : 2 tbsp

  • Oyster Sauce : 4 tbsp

  • Hot Sauce : 1 tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp

  • For Sauteing Vegetables
  • Oil : 4 Tbsp

  • Paste of Ginger, Garlic and green Chillies: 2 Tbsp

  • Cabbage : 200 gm

  • Carrots : 100 gm

  • Capsicums : 100 gm

  • Spring Onions : 75 gm

  • Black Pepper  : 1/2 Tsp

Method and Instructions

  • Make thin strips of chicken and add the ingredients of chicken marination (mentioned above).

  • Mix all the ingredients very well and set aside to marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Now boil noodles, Take 2 Litre of Water & add 2 Tbsp of Salt, add Spaghetti.

    Mix and Boil for 15 Minutes. Strain & add a little oil.

    Mix the oil well to prevent stickiness & set aside.

  • For Chow mein Sauce, Take 1/2 cup Chicken Stock, and add all the ingredients of chow mein Sauce (mentioned above). 

    Mix well and set aside.

  • Now take 4 Tbsp Oil and Saute' all the vegetables (mentioned above) in a frying pan and set aside.

  • In a frying pan add 5 Tbsp Cooking oil, add marinated chicken, Fry then cover & cook for 15 minutes.

  • then, Add Spaghettis, Fried Vegetables, and Chow mein Sauce.

    Mix well while cooking on a medium flame for 3-5 minutes.

    The chicken chowmein is ready, Serve and Enjoy with family.
