Ingredients

  • Chicken with Bones: 1 kg

  • Sliced Onions: 1 medium

  • Garlic: 4 cloves

  • Black Pepper: 1 Tsp

  • White Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt: 2 Tsp

  • Water: 2 Litre

  • Mashed Corns: 1/2 Cup

  • Corns: 1/2 Cup

  • Cornflour 6 Tbsp

  • Water 1/4 Cup

  • Egg White 1

  • Chilli Sauce

  • Soy Sauce

  • Vinegar Chillies

Directions

  • In a Pot add 1 kg Chicken with Bones, 1 medium Sliced Onion, 4 Cloves Garlic, 1 Tsp Black Pepper, 1/2 Tsp White Pepper, 2 Tsp Salt and 2 Litre Water.

  • Cover & Cook till the Water remains 1.5 Litre.

  • Strain the chicken Stock and Shred the Separated Boiled Chicken.

  • Pour the Chicken Stock in the Pot and add 1/2 Cup Mashed Corns, 1/2 Cup Corns, Add the Shredded chicken as well and Mix.

  • In 6 Tbsp Cornflour add 1/4 Cup Water and Mix Well.

  • Add the Cornflour mixture Slowly in the Stock while Stirring.

  • Cook the Soup till it is thick.

  • Add 1 Egg’s Egg White while Continuously Mixing.

    Serve Hot with Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce and Dipped in Vinegar Chillies.
