Ingredients

  • Oil: 1/2 Cup

  • Sliced Onions: 2 Large

  • Whole Red Chillies: 6

  • Cloves: 6

  • Cinnamon Stick: 1 Small

  • Black cardamom: 1

  • Black Pepper Corns: 8

  • Chicken (Boti Cut): 1/2 kg

  • Grated Garlic: 1 & 1/2 tbsp

  • Grated Ginger: 1/2 tbsp

  • Chopped Tomatoes: 2 Medium

  • Salt: 2 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp

  • Crushed Coriander: 2 tsp

  • Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp

  • Yogurt: 250 gm

  • Coconut Milk Powder: 1/2 Cup

  • Sliced Onions and Chopped Coriander for garnishing.

Method and Instructions

  • In a Kadahi add half cup Oil, Sliced Onions fry well and add Whole Red Chillies, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black cardamom, Black Peppercorns Mix and Fry Well.

  • Then add Chicken (Boti Cut) mix and fry the chicken well.

  • Then add Grated ginger & garlic, Chopped Tomatoes, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Crushed Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Mix Well and Cover & Cook for 2 to 3 Minutes.

  • Now Add Yogurt, Coconut Milk Powder, Mix Well and Cover and Cook for 10 Minutes.

    Garnish with Sliced Onions and Chopped Coriander. Cover and Cook on Low Flame for 5 minutes.

    Serve and Enjoy
