Ingredients

  • Boiled Eggs : 3

  • Boneless chicken : 250 gm

  • Black Peppercorns : 6

  • Ginger : 1 cm piece

  • Garlic : 4 Cloves

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Mayonnaise : 2 Tbsp

  • Eggs : 2

  • Baking Powder : 1/4 Tsp

  • Cornflour : 3 Tbsp

  • Water : 1/3 cup

  • Bread Slices: 6

Method and Instructions

  • Mash boiled Eggs and set aside. 

  • Add 1 & 1/2 cup Water in 250 gm Boneless Chicken and add Black Pepper Corns, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Cover and cook for 1/2 an hour.

  • Shred the boiled chicken and add in the Mashed Eggs. Then add Salt, garam masala (all Spices), Black pepper Powder mix well and then add Mayonnaise. 

    Mix All the Ingredients Well.

  • Now take 2 eggs, Baking Powder, Cornflour, and Water. Whisk all ingredients well.

  • Cut the Edges of 6 Bread Slices, Now make a sandwich of chicken mixture and bread, Add oil in a grill pan for shallow frying.

  • Now dip the sandwiches into the egg batter, And fry till golden brown from both sides. 

    Easy and Tasty Chicken Egg Sandwiches are ready.
