Large Pizza

Ingredients

  • Luke Warm Water: 1 Cup

  • Sugar: 1-1/2 Tbsp

  • Instant Yeast: 1 Sachet

  • All Purpose Flour: 4 Cups

  • Salt: 1 Tsp

  • Oil: 2 Tbsp

  • Boneless Chicken (Julienne Cut): 250 gm

  • Salt: 1 & 1/2 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Paprika: 1 Tsp

  • Crushed Cumin Seeds: 1 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Oregano: 1 Tsp

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Lemon Juice: 1 Lemon

  • Capsicums (Julienne Cut): 2 Medium

  • Thinly Sliced Onions: 2 Medium

  • Oil: 2 Tbsp

  • Chopped Onion: 1 Small

  • Grated Garlic: 3 Cloves

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Salt: 1 Tsp

Method and Instructions

  • Mix 1 Sachet of yeast in 1 cup Lukewarm water with 1/2 tbsp sugar.

    Mix Well and Leave for 10 minutes.

  • Take 4 cups All Purpose Flour, add 1 Tsp Salt and mix well. Add the Active yeast mixture as well and mix. Add Water Gradually and Knead the Dough till it is Non-Sticky.

  • Apply Oil on the Dough after KneadingCover with Cling, Wrap & Let it Rest until it’s double in size.

  • In a Frying Pan add 2 Tbsp Oil, 250 gm boneless Chicken, Fry Well and Cover & Cook for 10 minutes.

  • Then, Add one and half tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Paprika, 1 Tsp Crushed Cumin Seeds, 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Oregano, 1/2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper, Mix All the Ingredients Well with the Chicken.

  • Add lemon juice Fry Well and Add 2 Medium Capsicums (Julienne Cut), 2 medium Thinly Sliced Onions and fry well. Chicken is ready.

  • Pizza Sauce Preparation
  • Add 6 Tomatoes in Boiling Water, Boil for 5 Minutes then Peel Off the Skin of the Tomatoes.

  • Blend the Tomatoes in a Blender with the Boiled Water.

  • Now in a Frying Pan add 2 Tbsp Oil, 1 small Chopped onions, 3 gated Garlic cloves, Fry Well and Add the Tomato Puree
    Cook For 15 Minutes.

  • Add 1 Tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 Tsp Salt and mix well.

    Cook till the water dries.

  • Pizza Assembling
  • Grease Hands with Oil first, and take out the Pizza Dough on work surface. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts for making 3 Pizzas.

  • Roll out the dough and place it in a greased pizza pan
    dock with a fork. Now Apply the Pizza Sauce.

  • Layer the Fried Chicken and Vegetables next. Add a Layer of Grated Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese. 

  • In the End Sprinkle Oregano, Bake in Preheated Oven at 250˚C for Half an Hour.

    Delicious Chicken Fajita Pizza is Ready.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes.
