Ingredients

  • For Green Chutney
  • Coriander: 1 Cup

  • Green Chillies: 6

  • Lemon Juice: 1 whole

  • Yogurt: 250 gm

  • For Green Chicken
  • Oil: 1/2 Cup

  • Thinly Sliced Onions: 2 Medium

  • Chicken (Boti Cut): 1/2 kg

  • Ginger Paste: 1/2 tbsp

  • Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp

  • Salt: 2 tsp

  • Crushed Black Pepper : 1 Tsp

  • Green Chillies for garnishing

  • Chopped Coriander for garnishing

Method and Instruction

  • Blend Coriander, Green Chillies, Lemon juice, Yogurt and set aside.

  • In a Kadahi add oil, Thinly Sliced Onion. Fry the onion till golden brown.

  • Take it Out and Crush it, Now Add 1/2 Kg Chicken (Boti Cut) in the Kadahi and Fry Well.

  • Add ginger, Garlic Paste, and fry the chicken till it turns white, Now add 2 tsp salt, crushed black pepper and blended hari chutney. 

  • Mix Well and Cover & Cook for 10 minutes, Add the Fried and Crushed Onions in the Kadahi.

  • Mix Well and Cover & Cook for 5 minutes, Garnish with Green Chillies and Chopped Coriander.
    Cover & Cook For 2 Minutes on Low Flame.

    Green Chicken Kadahi is Ready to be Served
