Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless Chicken : 1/2 kg

  • Cream : 200 ml

  • Yogurt : 200 ml

  • Mayonnaise : 4 Tbsp

  • Ginger/Garlic Paste : 2 Tbsp

  • Green Chilli/Coriander Paste : 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice : 2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper : 2 Tsp

  • Roasted/Crushed Cumin Seeds : 2 Tsp

  • White Pepper : 2 Tsp

  • Salt : 2 Tsp

  • Garam Masal Powder : 2 Tsp

  • For Malai Curry
  • Oil: 3/4 Cup

  • Thinly Sliced Onion : 1 Large

Method and Instructions

  • Take 3/4 Cup oil in a pan, add thinly sliced Onion, Fry Onion till Golden Brown. Take out the onions and set aside.

  • Add marinated Chicken in the same Oil, Cover and Cook for 20 minutes. Add Fried Onions, Mix and cook on Low Flame till Oil separates.

    Chicken Malai Curry is Read to Serve.
