Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken : 1/2 kg

  • Lemon Juice : 1 Lemon

  • Salt : 2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes : 2 Tsp

  • Mace Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Cloves : 1/2 Tsp

  • Roasted & Powdered Cumin Seeds : 1 Tsp

  • Paprika Powder : 1 Tbsp

  • Ginger/Garlic Paste : 1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt : 1/2 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in Boneless chicken and set aside.

  • Now, Take 2 Cups flour, add 2 Tbsp oil and add water to knead a dough. Apply little Oil to Prevent Stickiness and set aside.

  • In a frying pan take 4 Tbsp Oil and add marinated chicken, Cover and cook for 20 minutes.

  • Now make parathas of the dough.

  • Apply a Layer of Ketchup & Mayonnaise Sauce on a Paratha, Add some Sliced Ice Bergs, Cucumbers, Onions, and deseeded Tomatoes a small quantity of Ketchup.

    Now make a Roll and Enjoy!
