Ingredients

  • Oil 1/4th cup

  • Onion 1 medium size (Chopped)

  • All Purpose Flour 3 Tbsp

  • Water 1 Cup

  • Salt as per taste

  • Black Pepper Crushed 1 Tsp

  • Chicken 1 Cup

  • Cheese slice

  • Egg Yolks

Method and Instructions

  • In a fry pan take 1/4th cup Oil, 1 medium size Chopped Onion (fry till translucent).

  • Then add 3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (fry till light pink in colour).

  • add 1 Cup Water and keep stirring.

  • add Salt as per taste, 1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper, add 1 Cup Chicken ( boiled & shredded) and Cheese slice.

  • Cook and make a thick solid mixture.

  • Roll out Puff Pastry Dough 250gm

  • Make patties by placing the stuffing on dough with equal markings, cut out patties and apply egg Yolks with brush on the top side.

  • Bake for 20 minutes.

    Enjoy Delicious & Crispy Chicken Patties.

Note:

  • Pre-heat oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes
