Ingredients

  • Oil: 2 Tbsp

  • Minced Chicken: 250 gm

  • Pyaz (Chopped Onions): 1 Small

  • Adrak Powder (Ginger Powder): 1/2 Tsp

  • Lehsan Powder (Garlic Powder): 1 Tsp

  • Kuti Laal Mirch (Red Chilli Flakes): 1/2 Tsp

  • Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper Powder): 1/2 Tsp

  • Namak (Salt): 1/2 Tsp

  • Ketchup: 3 Tbsp

  • Totillas: 3

  • Cheese

  • Mixed Herbs

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • Take 2 Tbsp Oil in a frying pan to fry minced chicken, When turns white, add 1 small diced onion, 1/2 Tsp Ginger Powder, 1 Tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes,  1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 3 Tbsp Ketchup, Fry and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  • Then, Add oil to grease the pan, Place a tortilla in the pan.

    Place some chicken on Half of the tortilla, Add a layer of grated cheese, Sprinkle mixed herbs, fold the tortilla.

  • Cook from both side till Golden brown, Cut it in half.

    Repeat the process to make more Quesadillas and enjoy with Ketchup.
