Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless chicken Cubes 500gm

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • 4 Ingredient
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 Tsp

  • White Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Paprika Powder 2 Tsp

  • Vinegar 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp

  • Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp

  • Ginger Powder 1 Tsp

  • For Sauce
  • Tomatoes 3 Large (boiled, peeled & blended)

  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Grated Garlic 4 cloves

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce 4 Tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

  • Corn flour 3 Tbsp

  • Veggies for Shashlik Sticks
  • Green Bell Peppers

  • Onion Petals

  • Tomatoes (Remove Pulp) in Equal size Square Pieces

Method and Instructions

  • First poke holes with fork in Boneless chicken, add all the ingredients of Chicken Marination (mentioned above) mix them well and Marinate for 1 hour. 

  • In a pan take oil 2 Tbsp, add grated Garlic 4 cloves, saute for a while then add blended Tomato Puree, Chilli Garlic Sauce 4 Tbsp, Hot Sauce 2 Tbsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp, Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp, Mix 3 Tbsp of Corn flour in 2 Tbsp water and add to sauce.

  • Soak the Shashlik Skewers in water to avoid fire accident.

  • Cut Green Bell Peppers, Onion Petals, Tomatoes (Remove Pulp) in Equal size Square Pieces. Mix the Veggies with Marinated Chicken.

  • Now Fix the vegetables and chicken in the Dried skewers.

  • Fry in a pan, while keep turning the sides and applying a mixture of Oil 2 Tbsp, Chilli Garlic Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Cover and cook for ten minutes on Low Heat in a pan.

    Serve with Vegetable fried Rice and Shashlik sauce.
