Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chicken Karahi Cut 1/2 Kg

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Garlic 1 Tsp

  • For Frying Vegetables
  • Oil: 2 Tbsp

  • Potatoe Cubes of 2 medium size Potatoes.

  • Green Peas 1 Cup

  • Onions ( cubes): 2 medium size

  • Green Chillies : 4

  • For Karahi
  • Oil : 1/4 Cup

  • Dhaniya Powder: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Grated Ginger: 1 Tsp

  • Grated Garlic: 1 Tbsp

  • Cumin roasted and crushed : 1/2 Tbsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt : 1/2 Tsp

  • Chopped Coriander : 1/2 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • In a bowl add Salt, Black Pepper, and Crushed Garlic in Chicken Karahi Cut. Marinate for 1/2 an hour.

  • In a separate pan add 2 Tbsp oil and saute' Potatoes ( cubes), when tender then add Green Peas 1 Cup, Onions ( cubes) 1 Cup or 2 medium, Green Chillies 4.

  • Fry tomatoes diced and without pulp 3 medium separately.

  • In a karahi take Oil 1/4 Cup when slightly hot add Dhaniya Powder 1/2 Tbsp fry for a while then add Grated Ginger 1 Tsp, Grated GArlic 1 Tbsp.

  • when garlic is light golden add marinated chicken fry till turns white on a medium heat then add Water 1 Cup, cover & cook for 15 minutes.

  • Fry till water is dried, add fried vegetables, sprinkle Cumin roasted and crushed 1/2 Tbsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Chopped Coriander 1/2 Cup.

    Cover & Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
    Serve and Enjoy.
