Ingredients

  • Water: 2 Litre

  • Salt: 1 Tbsp

  • Spaghettis 450 gm

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Grated Garlic: 5-6 Cloves

  • Boneless Chicken: 1/2 kg

  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1 Tsp

  • White Pepper Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Black Pepper: 1 Tsp

  • Salt: 1.5 Tsp

  • Red Carrots(Julienne Cut): 1 Cup

  • Cabbage: 1 Cup

  • Capsicums: 1 Cup

  • Spring Onions: 1 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • In 2 Litre Water add 1 Tbsp Salt and Mix.

  • Add 450 gm Spaghettis and Cover & Boil for 10-15 minutes.

  • Now in a Wok Pour 3 tbsp of Oil.

  • Fry 5-6 Cloves of Grated Garlic.

  • Add 1/2 kg Boneless Chicken and then add 1.5 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes, 1/2 Tsp White Pepper Powder, 1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper.

  • Mix all the ingredients well and Cover & Cook till the Water is Dried & Chicken is Tender.

  • Now Add 1 Cup Red Carrots(Julienne Cut), 1 Cup
    Cabbage, 1 Cup Capsicums, 1 Cup Spring Onions Mix Well and Add more Oil if needed.

  • Now add Boiled Spaghettis and mix well. Very Easy and Tasty, Chicken Veg noodles are Ready to be Served.
