Ingredients

  • For Egg Mixture
  • Anday (Eggs): 2 

  • Cheeni (Sugar): as per Taste

  • Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp 

  • Doodh (Milk): 1/4 

  • For Bites
  • Bread Slices: as Required

  • Chocolate Spread

  • Oil for Deep Frying

Directions

  • Add in all the Ingredients of the Egg Mixture in a Bowl & Whisk Well. Your Egg Mixture is now ready, so set that aside.

  • Take out some Bread Slices (as required). Cut the Edges of the Bread Slices & Cut them to Quarters. So now you have 4 Squares of each Bread Slice. 

  • Place a Spoonful of Chocolate Spread in the centre of a bread piece and cover that piece with another one, to make a mini sandwich. You can make a Maximum of 12 Bread Bites.

  • Dip the Bread Bites in the Egg Mixture (make sure to coat liberally) & Fry in Hot Oil (as required). Even if Fried in Less Oil, the Bread Bites will stay Crispy. Fry them till Golden Brown from both Sides and, using a Tong, cook the Bites from the Sides as Well.

  • Take them out on Paper Towels if necessary and Enjoy the Hot Chocolate Bread Bites at any time of the Day you like!
