Ingredients

  • Melted Butter 340gm

  • Castor Sugar 300gm

  • Brown Sugar 300gm

  • Eggs 4

  • Vanilla Essence 1.5 Tbsp

  • Instant Coffee 1 Tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Cocoa Powder (sifted) 115gm

  • All Purpose Four (sifted) 200gm

Method and Instructions

  • Make a Brownie Batter by continuously whisking and adding all the ingredients ONE BY ONE.

  • Grease a 9/11 Inch Pan with butter or oil.

  • Line with butter paper, Pour the Brownie batter in the pan and spread evenly with a spatula.

    Tap the pan to remove air bubbles.

  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

Note:

  • Pre Heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10-12 minutes.
