Ingredients

  • Chocolate Spread Or Nuttella

  • Unsalted Butter 75 gm

  • Castor Sugar 120 gm

  • Egg 1

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Corn Starch 4 Tsp

  • Baking soda 1/2 Tsp

  • Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp

  • All Purpose Flour 1 & 1/2 Cups

  • Chocolate Chips 110gm

Method and Instructions

  • Take chocolate spread or Nuttella spread, with the help of table spoon take equal quantity for 12 or 14 chocolate balls, place on butter paper in a plate. Freeze till balls are hardened.

  • Preparation of Cookie Dough
  • Take Unsalted Butter 75 gm, Castor Sugar 120 gm, whisk till become smooth & creamy.

  • Now add, 1 Egg, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Corn Starch 4 Tsp, Baking soda 1/2 Tsp, Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp.

  • Mix well, and add All Purpose Flour 1 & 1/2 Cups. First add half of it then combine in Chocolate Chips 110gm, and combine with the remaining flour to make a dough.

  • Making of Biscuits
  • Divid the Dough in 14 to 15 Balls Equally.

  • Flat the dough ball on greased palm then place the frozen chocolate ball in the centre and stretch the dough to cover the chocolate ball.

  • Place the cookies in a greased pan.

  • Bake at 200 C for 10 to 12 minutes.

Note:

  • Pre-heat Oven at maximum temperature for 10 minutes
