Ingredients

  • Unsalted Butter 150 gm 

  • Powder Sugar 100gm

  • Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Egg Yolks 2 (beat again)

  • Powder Milk 2.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa Powder 20 gm

  • Flour 180gm

Method and Instructions

  • Make Cookie Dough by taking Unsalted Butter (Beat till creamy), Add Powder Sugar 100gm ( Beat till mixture is creamy and fluffy) add Vanilla Essence 1 Tsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Egg Yolks 2 (beat again), now add Powder Milk 2.5 Tbsp, Cocoa Powder 20 gm, Flour 180gm (combine these all with the help of electric beater). 

  • Roll out the dough to half inch thickness, with the help of donut cutter make rings and centre round biscuits.

  • Place in a greased pan and bake for 8 to 10 minutes on 180 C.

Note:

  • Pre-heat for 10 minutes at 180 C.
