Ingredients

  • For Dough
  • Egg: 1 (Whisk)

  • Sugar: 60 gm

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp

  • Instant Yeast: 1 Sachet

  • Butter: 50 gm

  • Milk: 1 Cup

  • For Chocolate Glaze
  • Water: 1/4 Cup

  • Powdered Sugar: 1.5 Cups

  • Cooking Milk Chocolate: 200 gm

  • Cooking Dark Chocolate: 50 gm (Optional)

Method and Instructions

  • In a Bowl add all the Dough Ingredients (mentioned above), Mix them well and set aside for 5 minutes.

    Now add 2 Cups Flour Gradually while Mixing.

    Cover with Cling Wrap and Set aside till Double in Size.

  • In a Sauce Pan Add all the Chocolate Glaze ingredients (mentioned above).

    Melt and Mix the Glaze, and Cool it Down for Thicker Consistency.

  • Sprinkle Flour on Work Surface and Take out the Dough.

  • Roll out the Dough and Cut Donuts with a Cutter.
    You can also make Munchkins.

  • Deep Fry in Ghee/Oil till Golden Brown from both Sides.

  • Now Dip the Doughnuts in the Chocolate Glaze and Top with Colourful Sprinkles.

  • Simple, Delicious and Easy Chocolate Doughnuts are Ready.
