Ingredients

  • For Cinnamon Sugar
  • Cheeni (Castor Sugar): 3/4 Cup

  • Dar Cheeni Powder (Cinnamon Powder) : 2 Tsp

  • For Chocolate Sauce
  • Milk Chocolate: 200 gm

  • Malai (Cream): 2/3 Cup

  • Doodh (Milk): 1/2 Cup

  • Dar Cheeni (Cinnamon Powder): 1 Tsp

  • For Churros Batter
  • Paani (water): 1 Cup

  • Cheeni (Sugar): 1/4 Cup

  • Makhan (Butter): 100 gm

  • Namak (Salt): 1/2 Tsp

  • Maida (Flour): 1 Cup

  • Vanilla Essence: 1 Tsp

  • Anday (Eggs): 4

Method and Insructions

  • To make Cinnamon Sugar, Take Castor Sugar and Cinnamon Powder in a Plate and Mix well. Cinnamon Sugar is ready.

  • Take 1 cup water in a pan, add all the ingredients for Churros Batter , heat the pan to dissolve the butter and keep whisking to mix all the ingredients well.

  • Cook on low heat again and keep mixing till a firm dough is formed. Cool it down

  • Take the dough out in a bowl, add 4 eggs one by one and keep mixing, a smooth and silky batter is formed.

  • Use a star tip pipping bag, and fill it with batter.

    Pipe Churros in the hot oil and fry till golden brown, Coat them in cinnamon Sugar right after frying. Make more churros,

  • For making Chocolate Sauce, Take Chocolate, Cinnamon Powder, Cream, and Milk and microwave to melt.

    Dip the churros in Chocolate sauce and Enjoy!
