Ingredients

  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Grated Garlic 2 Cloves

  • Boiled & Shredded Chicken 1 Cup

  • Spring Onions 1/2 Cup

  • Sliced Cabbage 1 Cup

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Vinegar 1 Tbsp

  • Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

  • Bread Slices 6

  • Eggs 3

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Flour 1/2 Cup

Method and Instructions

  • In a Pan heat Oil 2 Tbsp add Grated Garlic 2 Cloves fry till light brown.

  • Then add 1 Cup Boiled & Shredded Chicken, Spring Onions 1/2 Cup, Sliced Cabbage 1 Cup and Saute.

  • then add Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Vinegar 1 Tbsp, Soy Sauce 2 Tbsp, Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp and Fry well.

  • Take 6 Bread slices, remove the edges, and press the slices with rolling pin to thin & even wraps.

  • Then place the stuffing at one end and apply water on edges with the help of brush, roll the wraps and press the wet edges to close tightly. This way, complete making 6 rolls.

  • Now, Let's make liquid batter.

    Take 3 Eggas, 1/2 Tsp Salt and half cup flour. Whisk well and gradually add water to make a smooth & runny batter.

  • First dip the roll in liquid batter then coat with bread crumbs. Refrigerate for 1 hour then shallow or deep fry.

    Serve with sauce.
