Ingredients

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Chicken Thighs: 3 Boneless Fillets

  • Namak (Salt): as per taste

  • Kali Mirch Powder (Black Pepper): 1/2 Tsp

  • Paprika: 1/2 Tsp

  • Lehsan Powder (Garlic Powder): 1 Tsp

  • Baking Soda: 1/2 Tsp

  • Hot Sauce: 1/2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar: 1 Tbsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1 Tsp

  • For Chicken Coating
  • Flour

  • Cold Water

  • For Assembling

  • Burger Buns: 3

  • Lettuce Leaves 3-5

  • Burger Sauce: 

  • Cheese Slice: 3

Cooking Method and Instruction

  • Marinate the Chicken with the given ingredients for 30 minutes or Overnight (Which would make the Chicken very Juicy).

  • Now coat the Fillets by first putting them in plane flour. Rub the flour all over the fillet and do the kneading action to make flakes. The more it's done, the more flakes will be made. Shed the excess off and then dip it in Cold Water. Now coat the fillet in the flour again just like before.

  • Now add the coated fillets in the Hot Oil on High Flame. Move the fillets after frying for a while, till a nice golden colour. Flip them and fry till they are Golden Brown and nicely cooked.

  • Toast 3 Burger buns and apply Burger Sauce on them. Place a Lettuce Leaf and the Chicken Piece over it. Cover with the other bun and your Delectable & Crispy Burgers are ready to be served.
