Ingredients

  • For Egg Mixture
  • Eggs: 6

  • Grated Potatoes : 1 large

  • Tomatoes: 3 Medium (Chopped)

  • Chopped Onion : 2 medium

  • Green chillies : 4 (Chopped)

  • Chopped Coriander : 1 Cup

  • Red Chilli Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Red Chili flakes : 1 Tsp

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1 Tsp

  • For Sauce
  • Mayonnaise : 1/2 Cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce: 4 tbsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1/2 tbsp

Method and Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients of Egg mixture (mentioned above) and Whisk well.

  • Now make sauce by adding the sauce ingredients (mentioned above) Mix them well.

  • Cut buns into half, Put a little butter in the frying pan to toast buns, Add a little grated garlic, Toast the buns on the Garlic & butter.

  • Now, Take oil in a pan for frying, Fry a small omelette with the egg mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese and roll the egg.

  • Place it on the toasted bun, Pour the sauce and cover with the other half of the bun.

  • Pour the egg mixture and spread it as much as you can. Sprinkle Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese. Place the burger on the side of omelette and start rolling it with omelette,.
