Finger Fish: 750 gm
Ajwain: 1/4 Tsp
Garam Masala (Whole Spices) : 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Powder : 1/2 Tsp
Crushed Coriander: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 tsp
Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice : 1 Lemon
Gram Flour: 1.5 Cups
Cornflour: 3 Tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1/4 Tsp
Carom Seeds : 1/4 tsp
Crushed Coriander : 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala (whole Spices) : 1/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds : 1/2 Tsp
For Fish marination, Mix all the ingredients of Fish marination and marinate for 30 minutes.
Now in a bowl add all the ingredients of Frying Batter in 1.5 cup gram flour except Chopped coriander.
Mix well, Now gradually add water while mixing, till the desired consistency is achieved. Then add 1/4 cup Chopped coriander.
For frying Fish pakoras, Coat each fish strip in the mixture and fry, Keep frying till Pakorey become crispy and golden brown.
Delicious & Healthy Finger Fish Pakodas are ready to serve.
