Ingredients

  • For Fish Marination
  • Finger Fish: 750 gm

  • Ajwain: 1/4 Tsp

  • Garam Masala (Whole Spices) : 1/4 tsp

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chili Powder : 1/2 Tsp

  • Crushed Coriander: 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice : 1 Lemon

  • For Frying Batter
  • Gram Flour: 1.5 Cups

  • Cornflour: 3 Tbsp

  • Salt : 1 tsp

  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1/4 Tsp

  • Carom Seeds : 1/4 tsp

  • Crushed Coriander : 1/2 Tsp

  • Garam Masala (whole Spices) : 1/4 Tsp

  • Red Chili Flakes: 1/2 tsp

  • Cumin Seeds : 1/2 Tsp

Method and Instructions

  • For Fish marination, Mix all the ingredients of Fish marination and marinate for 30 minutes.

  • Now in a bowl add all the ingredients of Frying Batter in 1.5 cup gram flour except Chopped coriander.

  • Mix well, Now gradually add water while mixing, till the desired consistency is achieved. Then add 1/4 cup Chopped coriander.

  • For frying Fish pakoras, Coat each fish strip in the mixture and fry, Keep frying till Pakorey become crispy and golden brown.

    Delicious & Healthy Finger Fish Pakodas are ready to serve.
