Ingredients

  • For Chicken Filling
  • Cream Cheese: 50 gm

  • Mayonnaise: 1/3 Cup

  • Chilli Garlic Sauce: 4 Tbsp

  • Mustard Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • Kali Mirch (Black Pepper): 1/2 Tsp

  • Gajar (Red Carrots): 1 Cup

  • Shimla Mirch (Capsicums): 1/2 Cup

  • Hari Pyaz (Spring Onions): 1/4 Cup

  • Band Gobhi (Cabbage): 2 Cups

  • Boiled & Shredded Chicken: 100 gm

  • For Crepes
  • Anday (Eggs): 2

  • Doodh (Milk): 1/2 Cup

  • Paani (Water): 1 Cup

  • Namak (Salt): 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil: 3 Tbsp

  • Maida (Flour): 1-1/2 Cups

Method and Instructions

  • In a bowl take, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise and mix well. Then add Chilli Garlic Sauce, Mustard Paste, and Kali Mirch (Black Pepper), and mix.

  • Then add Gajar (Red Carrots), Shimla Mirch (Capsicums), Hari Pyaz (Spring Onions), Band Gobhi (Cabbage) and Boiled & Shredded Chicken. Mix them well. Chicken filling is ready.

  • To make crepe batter Take eggs in a bowl beat well, add Milk, water, salt, oil, Maida, and whisk well. Crepe batter is ready.

  • Now, Grease a pan with oil and make thin crepes with 1/4th cup of batter. Fry it well from both sides.

  • Now place the chicken filling on the crepe and make roll, apply corn flour mixture on sides to stick the edges

  • Dip the rolls in beaten eggs,  Coat with breadcrumbs, and set aside. Make more rolls as required.

  • Now take oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the rolls from both sides till golden brown.
