Fries with Creamy Chicken White Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • Potatoes: 500 gm

  • For Chicken Marination
  • Boneless Chicken: 300 gm

  • Black Pepper Powder: 1/4 Tsp

  • Cumin Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes: 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil: 2 Tbsp

  • For White Sauce
  • Onion: 1 Small

  • Cream: 1/2 Cup

  • A little Water

  • Black Pepper: 1/4 Tsp

  • Cinnamon Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt: 1/4 Tsp

  • Parsley: 1 Tsp

  • Mixed Herbs: 1 Tsp

Cooking Method & Instruction

  • Marinate the chicken with the given spices except Oil.

  • Fry the Chicken in 2 Tbsp of Oil. Fry till it becomes crispy & slightly golden

  • In the same pan we used to fry the chicken, start making the sauce by adding the chopped onions & frying till translucent. Add the Cream and mix well. Add a little water and the given spices. Mix and cook till the sauce thickens.

  • Start making the fries by first cutting potatoes into equal sized fries. Dip them in hot water for 10 minutes, and then strain. Lay all the fries on a tray and freeze them for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour, fry them in hot oil till Golden Brown & Crispy.

  • Season the fries with Chaat Masala or any other seasoning.

  • Assemble the fries by first putting a layer of fries in a plate, and adding the chicken. Pour White Sauce and then put another layer of Fries, Chicken and White Sauce. Lastly add some Chilli Garlic Sauce & sprinkle Chaat Masala.

    Delicious Loaded fries are ready to be served!
