Garlic Cheese Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • Water: 250 ml

  • Instant Yeast: 1 sachet

  • Flour: 4 Cups

  • Sugar: 2 Tsp

  • Salt: 1/2 Tsp

  • Oil: 5 Tbsp

  • Water if necessary

  • Garlic Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Cheese

  • Parsley & Oregano to Sprinkle

Method and Instruction

  • Start by making the yeast mixture. In 250 ml Warm Water, add 1 sachet of Instant Yeast. Mix it well and set it aside till it activates.

  • In a bowl, add Flour, Sugar, Salt & Oil. Mix well with hands and then add the Yeast Mixture. Knead a Sticky Dough. Add water if necessary while kneading. Now the Dough is formed, so grease it with a little oil and wrap it with Cling. leave at a slightly warm place to proof till it is double in size.

  • Now that the dough is proofed, grease a baking tray and spread the dough all over it. Flatten the dough and make even. Now, sprinkle Garlic Powder all over the dough. Add a thin layer of cheese and lastly, sprinkle Parsley & Oregano all over the Dough. If you have time, then let it proof as well for some time. Till then you can preheat the oven on 250 ˚C for 10 minutes. Bake the bread for 20 - 25 minutes in the preheated oven on the same temperature.
