Ingredients

  • For Fish Marination
  • Fish Fillets : 500 gm

  • Eggs: 2

  • Cornflour : 2 Tbsp

  • Lemon Juice : 1 Lemon

  • Ginger Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Garlic Paste : 1 Tsp

  • Salt : 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes : 1 Tsp

  • Coriander : 2 Tbsp

  • For Frying Veggies
  • Green Peas : 1/2 Cup

  • Carrots : 1/2 Cup

  • Cabbage : 1 Cup

  • Capsicums : 1 Medium

  • Salt : 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder : 1/2 Tsp

Method and Instructions

  • Beat the eggs well and add all the ingredients for Fish marination. Mix it well and Marinate for 1 hour.

  • Take 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan, Add Green Peas, Carrots, Cabbage, Capsicums, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and saute' well on medium flame.

  • Grease a Grill Pan with 2 Tbsp Oil, Fry Marinated Fish on Medium Flame. Fry the Fish till both sides turn Golden Brown. 

    Serve Grilled Fish with fried Vegetable.
