Ingredients

  • For Chicken
  • Boneless Chicken Cubes 250gm

  • Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp

  • Pineapple Juice 3 Tbsp

  • Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp

  • Brown Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Salt 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Sweet Corns. 1/3rd cup

  • Green bell peppers. 1/3rd cup

  • Red bell peppers. 1/3rd cup

  • Yellow bell peppers. 1/3rd cup

  • For Pizza Sauce
  • Oil 3Tbsp

  • Onion 1 Medium (Finely Chopped)

  • Tomatoes 3 (Boiled and Blended)

  • Basil Leaves 5 to 6

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1 Tsp

  • Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Ginger Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Garlic Powder 1 Tsp

  • Corn flour 1Tbsp

  • Water 2 Tbsp

  • For Dough
  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Sugar 2 Tsp

  • Water 1 Cup

  • For Assesmbling
  • Dried Oregano

  • Pineapple Chunks

  • Mozzarella Cheese

  • Chaddar Cheese

  • Sliced Onion & Vegetables

Method and Instructions

  • For Chicken Preparation
  • Take Boneless chicken cubes 250gm, Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp,
    Pineapple Juice 3 Tbsp, Hot Sauce 1 Tbsp, Brown Sugar 2 Tsp, Salt 1/2 Tsp, Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp,
    Mix well and marinate for 45 minutes.

  • In a frying Pan add 2 Tbsp of cooking oil and fry the marinated chicken, when it turns white and tender add: Sweet Corns 1/3rd cup, Green bell peppers 1/3rd cup, Red bell peppers 1/3rd cup, Yellow bell peppers 1/3rd cup, Saute on medium heat but vegetables should stay crunchy.

  • Preparation of Pizza Sauce
  • In a Pan add 3Tbsp oil then add 1 medium finely chopped Onion till its translucent, add three boiled and blended tomatoes ( puree ), Basil Leaves 5 to 6, Red chilli flakes 1 Tsp, Roasted and crushed Cumin 1 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp, Ginger powder 1/2 Tsp, Garlic powder 1 Tsp, cook till the sauce is thickened then add 1Tbsp Corn flour dissolved in 2Tbsp of water. Blend the mixture and cook for further few minutes till it appears shiny and smooth.

  • Dough Preparation
  • Take Instant Yeast 1 Sachet, Sugar 2 Tsp, Salt 1 Tsp. Mix in 1 Cup Luke Warm Water and let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Now, Add this yeast mixture with 3 cups of all purpose flour in a mixing bowl, knead a soft and bouncy dough by adding water gradually. Wrap with cling and set a side till dough rise to double in size.

  • For Assembling
  • Spread rolled out dough in a greased pan large size, first layer of sauce then spread fried chicken and vegetables, sliced onions and chunks of Pineapples, top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese and sprinkle dried oregano.

Note:

  • Pre heat Oven at Maximum Temperature for 10-15 minutes.
