Ingredients

  • For Dough
  • Oil 1 Tbsp

  • All Purpose Flour 2 Cups

  • Instant Yeast 1 Sachet

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Water 1 Cup

  • For Minced Chicken
  • Minced Chicken 250gm 

  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Chopped Onion 1 Large

  • Grated Garlic 3 Cloves

  • Diced Tomatoes 2 Large

  • Salt 1 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 Tsp

  • Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Tsp

  • Sliced Spinach 250gm / 3 Cups

Method and Instructions

  • Mix 1 Instant Yeast Sachet, 1 Tbsp Oil, 1 Cup water, and let it rest for 5 minutes or till the mixture becomes frothy, then gradually add All Purpose Flour 2 Cups.

    The dough should be loose in consistency, more water and flour can be added if needed to achieve this consistency.

  • Mix all the ingredients of Minced Chicken (mentioned above). except Spinach. 

    Cook well till the mixture is homogenous then add 3 Cups Spinach and cook again.  

  • In a frying pan add oil 3 Tbsp,
    Grease hands with oil take ball size dough and spread on palm, place the Qeema stuffing, stretch the dough from sides to cover the stuffing and fry in oil on medium flame, when both sides are golden brown its done.
    Serve with burger sauce or hari chatni.
