Ingredients

  • Bittergourds : 4-5 medium size

  • Oil: 4 tbsp

  • Chopped Onions: 1 Medium

  • Minced Beef: 1/2 kg

  • Ginger Paste: 1 tsp

  • Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp

  • Chopped Tomatoes: 3 Medium

  • Chopped Green Chillies(Deseeded): 4

  • Garam Masala Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Black Pepper (Freshly Crushed): 1 Tsp

  • Turmeric Powder: 1/2 Tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp

  • Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed): 1 Tsp

  • Coriander (Roasted & Crushed): 1 & 1/2 Tsp

  • Salt: 2 Tsp

Method and instructions

  • First, Grate the Skin of Bitter Gourds. Make a slit and Remove the Seeds. Boil Bitter Gourds for 1-2 Minute

  • In a Kadahi start with adding 4 Tbsp Oil, Chopped Onions, Fry the Onions for 1 Minute and then add Minced Beef, Ginger Garlic paste. Fry till mince turns white.

  • Then add Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Green Chillies, Garam Masala Powder, freshly crushed Black Pepper, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds, Roasted & Crushed Coriander and Salt.

    Mix and Fry Well, Now, Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Garnish with Chopped Coriander, Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes on Low flame.

  • Stuff the Bitter Gourds with Fried Mince. Tie the Bitter Gourds with a Thread and Fry till slightly Golden.

    Cover and cook for 5 minutes from all Sides

  • Add the Stuffed & Fried Bitter Gourds in the Fried Keema.
    Cover and cook for 5 minutes on Low flame.
