Ingredients

  • Colourful Vermicelli: 1 Cup

  • Doodh (Milk): 1.5 Litres

  • Cheeni (Sugar): 1.5 Cups

  • Arq-e-Gulab (Rose Water): 1/4 Cup

  • Cornflour: 2 Tbsp

  • Diluted Rose Water (Arq-e-gulab): 1 Cup

  • Mixed Seasonal Fruits: 2.5 Cups

Method and Instructions

  • First Boil the Vermicelli Slightly & then Strain it.

  • In a pot, add Milk and cook it till bubbles form on sides.

  • Then add the Sugar & dissolve it.

  • Once the Sugar is dissolved, add the Boiled Vermicelli & Mix Well

  • In a separate bowl, mix 1/4 Cup of Rose Water & Cornflour.

  • Add this mixture slowly in the Milk while Mixing.

  • Take it off heat & let it cool down.

  • After Cooling, add 1 Cup of Diluted Rose Water and Mix Well. Add Mixed Seasonal Fruits and your Lab-e-Shireen is ready to Serve!

    Sprinkle Sliced Almonds & Enjoy!
